Classroom Information
Wee Love Preschool proudly offers warm and inviting classrooms designed to nurture and inspire our students. We provide three exceptional classes: Beginner, Pre-K Morning, and Pre-K Afternoon. Our Beginner class accommodates up to 12 students, while our Pre-K classes can enroll up to 15 students each. With a strong emphasis on personalized attention, each class maintains a ratio of two dedicated teachers—a lead teacher and an assistant teacher—ensuring that every child receives the support they need. Our Executive Director, Ms. Rhonda, is actively involved on-site to enhance the learning experience and provides weekly support to each classroom. She further fosters social and emotional development in her office, working with students at a favorable four-to-one or five-to-one ratio. Our mental health consultant, Connie, also joins us weekly to strengthen classroom social and emotional growth. Additionally, our nurse consultant, Julie, visits monthly to keep our team informed on the latest health trends and address any health-related concerns.
Our Beginner classroom is expertly crafted for three- and four-year-olds, introducing them to the social and academic aspects of schooling in an engaging way. This class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays for two and a half hours in the current school year, with an extension to three hours next school year. To join the Beginner class, children must be three years old and fully potty trained, ensuring a smooth transition for all.
The Pre-K Morning class is specifically designed for four- and five-year-olds, preparing them for a successful transition to kindergarten the following year. This class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for three and a half hours. Children must be four years old by October 4th to enroll in this dynamic program.
The Pre-K Afternoon class caters to four- and five-year-olds who may not meet kindergarten-age requirements or wish to continue their development for an additional year. This class meets Monday through Thursday afternoons for three hours. Enrollment requires that students be four years old by October 4th.
We also take pride in providing annual screenings for vision, speech, hearing, and dental health to ensure the well-being of our students. Our board meets monthly, and these meetings are open to the public, fostering community engagement. We conduct Guardian or Parent-Teacher Conferences in the fall and spring to keep lines of communication open. Students can take individual and class pictures each fall, participate in a heartwarming Christmas program every winter, and join us for an end-of-year gathering that celebrates their achievements. Preschoolers advancing to kindergarten are invited to a memorable graduation celebration.
We encourage you to review the class-specific details below for more information about our offerings.
